Rapid changes and new challenges shape the development in the furniture and design industry. That is why we are offering a clearly structured process support, avoiding risks and taking advantage of opportunities. With in-depth market knowledge and methodical competence, we individually work with our clients through change management phases (information, conception, implementation, evaluation). By that we fill circles, new, empty and unknown. That is also why we call our team: circle of competence.
Together with our client we have re-positioned the trade fair: “Presse Schau” based on international trends and consumer insights. In the course of the project, activation basics were carried out for both exhibitors and visitors. The development of a clear added value was the focus of our work and provided the basis for the new trade fair concept launched in 2022.

Service Activity: Trend & Design Direction / Strategic PositioningTogether with the Aufschnaiter furniture store, we devoted ourselves to the topic: “How does my customer tick?” Through four individual framing days, the client’s 30-strong team learned: to better assess customer behavior, to recognize interpersonal differences and to target different customer groups in a targeted manner.

Service Activity: Customer ExperienceTogether with Beam, an interactive furnishing platform, we developed the strategy for a visual POS system. Within the framework of a process support, we united different service areas of the Design Network in order to identify new target groups and growth drivers, use synergies, develop knowledge and make the enthusiasm for design tangible.

Service Activity: Strategic PositioningTo further expand the Austrian market, we supported the Italian furniture manufacturer Minotti with a micro and macro market analysis on behalf of the Kilga furniture agency. The process support included a current market overview, a competitor analysis, a strategic network plan for 2021 and a macro trend forecast.

Service Activity: Market PackageWith our Market Package – Johanson received a detailed overview of mainindustry drivers, including an overview of emerging trends. Followed by a DACH market study, involving both primary and secondary research to better understand its competitive landscape. A conclusive listing of potential collaborators, dealers, architects as well as direct and indirect distributors such as agents.

Service Activity: Market PackageIn the format of a framing day with the title: The future of digital luxury, we informed our customers about new forms of the surprise effect. We support the Streifzug team to systematically record customer enthusiasm along the customer journey. We also conveyed possible fields of action to the customer in order to develop further.

Service Activity: Customer ExperienceWe have the privilege to consult the company F/List on their international development of the Residential Interiors business field. The focus of the cooperation is the market offering, the identification of the target group and the global team set-up of the internationally active joinery. Through the intrapreneurship model we use, we can build on the internal innovative strength of employees and existing structures of the customer F/List.
Service Activity: Service InnovationWe advise the Lanser joinery on strengthening the Lanser brand as such. Within our change process, together with our client we are working on their positioning and effective market / customer segmentation. The questions: why, how, what are the focus of several workshops. The fields of action derived by us form a clear recommendation for the further development of the Lanser company.

Service Activity: Strategic PositioningTogether with our Circle of Competence member and profiler Andreas Ablinger, our customer Rooms dealt with the interpersonal structures in the company. Service Activity: Corporate CultureFollowing our change process, we support Schmidhuber’s Möbelwerkstätte in the further development and expansion of the company. In several workshops, together with the customer, we develop a repositioning of the brand, define an advertising strategy and support the development of new business units such as: trade and interior design.
